Kitchen Display System
This demo splits each paid order into the station that owns it. `KDS 1` is Grill / Stove, `KDS 2` is Fry, and `KDS 3` is Cold. Open each route on a different monitor, tablet or phone and the right dishes will land there.

Workflow
Step 01
Pick which numbered kitchen display this screen should represent.
Step 02
Complete a demo order from any table menu page.
Step 03
Only the dishes assigned to that KDS number will appear on that screen.
Displays
Every menu item is tagged with one KDS number. When the guest completes the demo checkout, the order is split by station and each KDS screen shows only what that station should cook. Timing on the KDS is judged against the prep time promised to the guest, so slow dishes turn yellow or red later than fast dishes.
